The resort's signature restaurant, Francis Mallmann's Siete Fuegos (Seven Fires) showcases Argentina's famous beef and serves inspired regional cuisine from chef Mallmann's honed collection of open-flame cooking techniques. Additionally, The Vines Resort & Spa features a 100+ square meter infinity pool with private cabanas, and in March will open an elevated state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the vineyards.
